A lane on the western side of Selsey leading towards the Medmerry coastal area. Warners Lane passes through the transition zone between the built-up area of Selsey and the open countryside and coastal habitat to the west. The lane provides access to some of the holiday parks and to the Medmerry managed realignment reserve. During the summer, the lane carries traffic heading for the holiday parks. At other times it is a quiet rural lane with hedgerows and flat agricultural fields on either side. The RSPB Medmerry reserve is accessed from paths leading off this area.
