A residential street in central Selsey, connecting the town centre to the eastern side of the town. Park Road is a mix of older cottages and bungalows, with some newer infill development. The road has a quiet, residential character and is within easy walking distance of both the High Street and East Beach. Some of the older properties along Park Road retain their original architectural character, with brick walls and slate roofs typical of the Victorian period. The recreational ground, a public open space used for sports and community events, is nearby.
