Seal Road

Street guide, Selsey

A road in the southern part of Selsey, near Selsey Bill, named after the seals from which Selsey takes its name. Seal Road is a residential street of bungalows and houses within walking distance of the coast and the lifeboat station. The area has an exposed, windswept character, sitting close to the most southerly point of the peninsula. Properties here tend to be modest bungalows built in the mid-twentieth century. The proximity to Selsey Bill and the coast path makes this street popular with walkers and those who enjoy being close to the sea.
