A road in the northern part of Selsey providing access to the Selsey Academy, the town's secondary school. School Lane carries morning and afternoon traffic during term time, as parents drop off and collect students. The road also serves the residential estates on the northern edge of the town. Housing along School Lane is predominantly modern, built from the 1960s onwards, with bungalows and semi-detached houses on both sides. Playing fields associated with the school provide green space on the eastern side. The road connects to the B2145, the main route out of Selsey towards Chichester.
