A road running towards the western coast of Selsey, linking the town centre with West Beach and the holiday parks area. Grafton Road has a mix of residential properties, with bungalows predominating. The road carries traffic heading for the holiday parks and the western beaches, and can be busy during the summer months when the parks are at full capacity. On its seaward side, the road gives way to the coastal properties and sea defences along West Beach. The surrounding streets have a quiet, retirement-friendly character for most of the year.
