A road along the western seafront of Selsey, with properties overlooking the sea towards the Isle of Wight. Marine Drive has a mix of bungalows and houses, some of which have been substantially modernised to take advantage of the coastal setting. The road sits behind the sea defences and provides access to West Beach. The views from the seaward side are expansive, taking in the open Channel and, on clear days, the chalk cliffs of the Isle of Wight. The road has a quiet, residential character and is popular with dog walkers and evening strollers who use the path along the sea wall.
