Kingsway
Street guide, Selsey
A road running along the southern coast of Selsey, between the town and Selsey Bill. Kingsway has properties facing the sea, many of which are bungalows built in the mid-twentieth century. The road sits behind the sea defences and has an exposed, coastal character with wide views across the English Channel. On clear days the Isle of Wight is visible to the west and the coastline towards Bognor Regis to the east. The road connects the residential areas around Selsey Bill with the main body of the town. Properties along Kingsway command a premium because of the sea views, and the road is popular with walkers using the coast path.
