Beach Road

A road leading down to West Beach on the southern side of Selsey. Beach Road is predominantly residential, lined with bungalows and some larger detached properties, many of which enjoy sea views or are within a short walk of the shore. The road has a relaxed, coastal character, and the sound of the sea is audible from the seaward end on all but the calmest days. Properties along Beach Road are popular with retirees and holiday home owners who value the direct beach access. The road connects to the coastal footpath that runs along the sea defences.
