RNLI Selsey Lifeboat Station

Historic Site, Selsey

The RNLI lifeboat station at Selsey Bill, reached by a long elevated walkway extending from the shore into the sea. The modern station, completed in 2017, houses an all-weather lifeboat and an inshore lifeboat crewed by local volunteers. The station is one of the most prominent landmarks in Selsey and a source of great community pride. The walkway and station are visible from much of the southern coastline.
